Bachelor of Arts theses aim is to find out the job satisfaction of the poultry division staff in AS Tallegg, which factors satisfy the employees of the unit and which cause dissatisfaction. Thesis has been divided into two parts: theoretical research and empirical study. The study is based on Herzberg two-factor theory, which examines job satisfaction through hygiene and motivation factors. The author conducted a questionnaire survey to find out AS Tallegg poultry division workers overall satisfaction and the factors affecting it. Assessments of the claims were also separately analyzed and compared according to respondents gender and length of service. The study results show that AS Tallegg poultry division staffs job satisfaction is good.
